OL-295-A error only in one location

We have a customer that is seeing the OL-295-A error at his vacation home in upstate NY, but has no issues when accessing it back here in Rhode Island. Aside from confirming full internet access at his NY location, could the issue potentially lie with the users ISP in that area? Potrentiall router/firewall issue at that location only?

If you haven't seen it already, Quicken has an FAQ for that error here:
and you may find something there that helps.
Many mobile phones these days have a "hotspot" capability whereby the internet is connected using cellular service. That might be another thing to try to see if that works at both locations.
