Chase Credit Card not listed in accounts in one step update. Updates manually okay
Windows Quicken Classic. R58.9
Due to a capital one download 501 problem I had to move to a new copied file. I set up all the online downloads for multiple accounts (Fidelity, Schwab, Paypal, Capital One, Chase VISA). Everything went okay except now when I start up the One Step Update, the Chase card is not listed to download transactions in the list. If I select update transactions from the Chase account register gear it works fine. Password Vault shows the card is there and password stored.
How do I get it to show up on the One Step Update list? I don't want to remember to update it thru a separate process.

I don't have a direct answer to your direct question. As far as I know, if an Account is set up for downloading then the Account should show up in the OSU screen. Have you tried the deactivate/reactivate process, just to see if that, somehow, sets things straight?
This might be something Official Quicken Support will need to look into.

Reset account and deactivated/reactivated the account. Same bad result.

For several weeks, my One Step Update Summary does not show all accounts that were updated/downloaded during the corresponding One Step Update. Even the accounts that get correctly updated do not appear in the Summary.
Help me, please, ye' Wizards of Quicken Deluxe.

@Ajay2020 you're right. I have just noticed this morning that my account in question IS being updated although it doesn't show that in the summary listing of what is being attempted to update. Very odd. But I guess it's working, just not displaying properly on the status screen

I have been inquiring about this for a while. but no resolution from quicken just yet. or even an acknowledgement that it recognizes that there is an issue and they are working on a fix.

Thanks RalphC.
My initial inquiries did go to Quicken Support.
