Quicken Classic Features: Windows vs Mac

I am considering a Mac for my next computer. I have been using Quicken Desktop on Windows for decades. I also use Quicken Mobile on my iPhone…thus the idea of aligning all of my devices.

I really like and am comfortable with Quicken Classic on Windows. Currently using Business & Personal version.

IF I moved to a Mac computer,
- will my current Quicken file transfer over,
- what differences in features/tools are there and
- what kind of learning curves would I need to expect and work through
to switch to Quicken Classic Mac?

Or should I stay in Windows, (I'm not a spring chicken anymore) and put up with the vagaries of Microsoft?

In addition to all of what @RickO mentioned above, you mentioned using the Business & Personal version of Quicken Windows. I should note that until late last year, Quicken Mac had never before had a Business & Personal version. The Mac implementation so far is in its 1.0 stage, with limited business functionality. An issue key to many users is invoicing customers, and that feature does not yet exist in the Mac version. (The developers have said they are working on it, and I'd expect to see the first release with invoicing within the next 6 months, but we just don't know how soon it will appear.)
