Payments generated through Quicken are not being processed to my bank

Issue first started 8/28/24. I initiated a payment through Quicken online banking. After I did the update to send the payment, the payment still had a "Send" status which means that it was not sent to my bank. (Bank of Stockton). When I went to exit, it told me I had online payments to send, do I want to send them. I said yes and updated again, but the same thing happened. There are no error codes. My Quicken version is the latest (R58.9)

    With your bank, are you using Direct Connect? Do TOOLS, Account List and look in the Transaction Download column for this info.

    ONLY Direct Connect allows you to send payment info from within Q.
