Unable to connect to Sallie Mae Banking?

I have been unable to log into my Sallie Mae Banking account. I am getting the message that my credentials are incorrect, but i am able to sign into the account through my browser with the same credentials,

When you do TOOLS, Account List and click EDIT adjacent to this account, what shows as "Transaction Download"?

Are there any special characters in your User ID or password? If so, which? Some aren't allowed sometimes.
