How to get answer when solution refers to broken link
I found others asking my same question, basically how to setup multiple logins for same bank. The answer refers to quicken.com/support/adding-accounts-quicken, but that link gives a 404 Not found error. Can users get a correct link to the answer to that question?
Heck of a way to help customers who have that question. ;-)

Any Quicken web developers who could fix that link? Wouldn't take 10 minutes if you have the current link to the same file.

Can you provide us with that broken link … so that others can look into the matter?
OR, maybe to the post that included that link.

I must have messed up. I posted the link with my original question, but then posted a remark after the question, and that is what people saw. the URL that doesn't work is
quicken.com/support/adding-accounts-quicken

I can add accounts to Quicken. I want to know how to add another login for the same bank. That is not easy when Chrome remembers the initial login. I tried changing the default browser to Firefox, logging in to bank with FF and opening bank with 2nd login. System still went to Chrome with initial login.
What is next step?

I know you are asking about multiple login's but that is the link you were trying to open. I know there's been recent posts about it but I can't find them. Which bank? Are you getting any error codes? Like, CC-501, CC-506 and CC-800 errors
