Resigning in with Quicken ID
I signed out of my Quicken Deluxe Windows program and closed Quicken. I want to re-sign in but opening Quicken, it only has two menu items: File and Help. How do I sign in again?

I can update that I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Quicken but after very briefly seeing my account, it returns to the same screen with only File and Help.

What's showing is that you don't currently have a Q data file open. Click on FILE and open your file … then you should have the ability to sign into that file.
Also, click HELP, About Quicken and tell us what Q product, and what BUILD of that product, you're running.
