Synchronizing accounts
I have windows 11 Quicken classic. It seems that every other day I have to go in under mobile & web and reset the accounts that I want to synchronize. Is that the way it should be? I have the most Updated version.

What's prompting you to do that? Is there a specific error, or message?
And, when you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows as the Financial Institution for these accounts? What type of accounts are they and what shows as in "Transaction Download" for these accounts?

Thank you for your prompt inquiry. Well I will notice that my phone quicken app does not include totals for Investments or some other category. In other words the total amount of assets shown on my phone is incomplete. So then I'll go on to my quicken on my computer and find that the accounts listed are not checked off to sync and I will have to check them off again only to have to repeat this every few days.
