Quicken not downloading account

Using my Quicken Premier, I cannot update (download) transactions from my credit union (FAIRWINDS CREDIT UNION) accounts while simultaneously successfully updating other financial (Discover) accounts. No error codes or messages are indicated or shown. I have neither changed nor modified my accounts, and I did not alter or modify my vault info or settings. What is also troubling is that this is the second time an “end-of-month” download problem has occurred.

Also, of note, using the credit union’s portal, additional transactions and changed account balances are reflected; however, the “online balance” on my Quicken ledger also remains unchanged and does not reflect the “actual” account balances per the (FAIRWINDS CREDIT UNION) online portal.

Currently, I have no direction or indicators as to solve the problem(s). Help!

    Fairwinds does appear to be a Participating Financial Institution

    When you do TOOLS, Account List and click EDIT adjacent to your CU account(s), is the Financial Institution name that's shown the same as what i highlighted? Also, in the "Transactions Download" column, which download method are you showing?

    You might try, on a one time basis, initiating the download from the CU's website and importing that into Q (i.e., Web Connect). That action sometimes "shakes loose" the cobwebs.
