Transfers not carrying over to budget

Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution. Any help greatly appreciated.

Added a "To Account" row for my budget to include monthly transfers to my home escrow account.

As you can see the Quicken calculated the month budgeted spends from the transactions each month.
However it did not carry over the actual spends each month and they remain at "0"

Highlighting the 0 to see transactions shows that the transactions are there BUT still don't carry accross. I have tried clearing and reconciling the original transfers but to no avail.

Budgets show Income and Expense items. A transfer is neither. It's merely the movement of money from one account to another. You're neither richer nor poorer after a transfer.

If your transfer was shown, then the amounts would be grossly inflated when the money's were actually paid out of the escrow.

You need to look at Q's "Cash Flow" reports to see what you want.
