Chase Bank Download Issue

I have several accounts and credit cards with Chase. When doing One Step Update. It stated it could not locate 1 credit card that I had for years and to deactivate that 1 card. I go through the process of setting up the account. Chase does recognize that it is already connected. Still, according to Quicken, that account does not exist at Chase. There hasn't been any change to the card number. Another odd item of note. For the past month or so, I was having to reset the online accounts for several of my accounts besides Chase in order for the transactions to be downloaded. Synchrony & Capital One. On Quicken Deluxe R58.14 Build 27.1.58.14 Windows 11

In what way is Q indicating that the account doesn't exist? What's the EXACT wording?

Unfortunately, I do not have the exact wording. It was something to the effect that this account does not exist, please set up a new account. When I go through the process of setting up online, it goes to the bank web page, shows all the accounts connected to Quicken, closes the web page and Quicken does nothing to that account. I'm back to set up for online access. I had tried to reset which didn't help. I deactivated and now trying to activate it.

I went through the process of adding a new account. Quicken linked all Chase accounts correctly, even the one that it said did not exist. Why that happened. no clue.

We have two Chase credit cards (one is my wife's with her sign on and one is mine with my sign on) with different logons. I come back from vacation and I am required to reauthorize all our credits cards with the institutions. Every time I reauthorize one credit card Quicken deactivates the download for the other Chase credit card saying the account does not exist. I have been able to authorize downloads for both credit cards for years so Quicken has changed something. Having to reauthorize all cards after being away two weeks is annoying enough but not being able to reauthorize both Chase credit cards is a huge problem and inconvenience. Help please.
