Tractor Supply Citi Bank

I cannot find the connection to attach my Tractor Supply Credit Card, by Citi Bank. I called Citi Bank,= NO HELP at all. There are at least 50 Citi bank types institutions. Has anyone Connected a tractor Supply Card?

(UPDATE: Oops! I just realized you are QMac user. My comments below are for QWin. The basic process for you should be pretty similar but the specifics are probably a little different. Maybe another QMac user will pipe in here with any clarifications/corrections specific to QMac.)

This is a Citi Retail Services credit card. Some retail services cards support Quicken but many do not. It is the retailer that owns the decision about whether or not to support the Quicken software and, if so, to provide direction to Citi Retail Services to work with Intuit (the aggregator) and Quicken to complete that process.

Upon review of the FIDIR file (a text file that lists all Financial Institutions that support Quicken, which types of accounts they support and which download connection methods they support) I found no specific listing for this credit card.

When entering that URL into my browser it was redirected to a Citi Retail Services website. There is no Citi Retail Services listing for this credit card in the FIDIR file.

I then checked the FIDIR for a Citi and Citibank listing for this credit card and did not find a specific listing for this card.

Do you have an online account set up with Citi.com? If so, check to see if you can link your Tractor Supply credit card to your Citi.com account. Most Citi Retail cards cannot be linked to it but some can. If you do not have a Citi.com online account set up, try to set one up for this Tractor Supply credit card.

If you can link it to your Citi.com account, try doing Add Account with the Citi Cards setup option.

If you cannot link this card to a Citi.com account you will need to set up the account in Quicken as an Offline Account and then manually enter transactions.
