Has anybody having problems with downloading transactions from BrandSource (citi)

    First, if you have not already done so, you might want to read this Support Article: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-updating-accounts-cc-502/. . There is some good information in there regarding possible causes (including Citibank sometimes "throttling" Quicken traffic.

    I've don't have an account with BrandSource but I have been sometimes getting CC-502 error with my Sears MC for the last few weeks. Both are Citi Retail Services cards with their own unique Quicken OSU setups and they both get their data from citiretailservices.citibankonline.com (as opposed to other Citi credit cards which get their data from online.citibank.com.) Perhaps there is some sort of issue with this citiretailservices site?

    When I have gotten this error with my Sears MC it usually self resolves by running Update Now (not OSU) immediately afterward but sometimes it will not self resolve until later in the day or the next morning. On a couple of occasions that did not resolve it but doing Reset Account then did. (It is not recommended to deactivate/reactivate the account as it might cause other issues that can be difficult to resolve.)

    If you are first getting this today or yesterday, then it might just be a system maintenance issue with the citiretailservices site. Generally, system maintenance done on weekends is concluded by or before the next business day.
