android mobile app not working

The mobile app is now changing dates, check numbers & app balance does not reconcile to my bank account because it's not counting a deposit. But once I marked it "Reviewed," it's now being counted. All other "not reviewed" transactions are fine. For me, these problems have been going on for a couple of weeks. For others, a few months. See other reviews in Google App Store. PLEASE FIX.

UPDATE: Clearing cloud data & uninstalling then re-installing app does not fix issues.

I use the companion mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G phone (android version 14). The data file is on my MS Surface Go 2 (Windows 10 about to be upgraded to Windows 11). I'm willing to pay the yearly subscription because of the mobile app & cloud syncing and I only use it as a checkbook. It's been working great for the last few years until now. I'm very disappointed especially since I've been using Quicken for more than 20 years. Annual subscription fees are much higher than the every few years' one time CD purchase from past years. Again. Please Fix This. If the problems continue, I may have no choice but to find another checkbook online service. Not a threat. Just the reality.

    Also, I'm using (or was using) Quicken Companion App version 7.3.0 updated July 30, 2024.

    I'm also having the same issue. The dates for each transaction changes.

    I have to "Refresh Data" in the mobile app to correct dates, but the next day, the issue shows up again.

    Clearing the cloud data, does not help.

    Please fix.

    Update:

    Seems like this issue has been fixed with the lastest update on play store on 9/26/24.
