Centier Bank CD not downloaded from bank
Friday, September 27, 2024 Opened up a CD on 9/24 I can view the CD is in the register on the bank website, One step update does not see it, bank say they see it but can't do nothing about it the downloading part to quicken . What’s next?

How do you have the CD recorded in Q? In it's own account (which I don't recommend) or in an Investment account?
Is that account enabled for download? Do TOOLS, Account List and look in the "Transaction Download" column for this info.
Which method do you use to download from them? Direct Connect? Express Web Connect? Web Connect? This is also in that dialog.
And, what transactions have happened to the CD that you'd expect to download?
Q user since February, 1990. DOS Version 4
Now running Quicken Windows Subscription, Business & Personal
Retired "Certified Information Systems Auditor" & Bank Audit VP0 -
CD is not recorded in Q was waiting for Q to find it when I did the update now so it doesn't exist yet i see it and the the bank can see it.
Is that account enabled for download? - Yes direct connect
Which method do you use to download from them? Direct Connect.
Transactions from the CD download that I expect? Q to recognize the transaction, where the transfer came from and to with the account number, amount and interest payment when due.

Fixed I changed the online services tab to connection method to express web connect
