Issues with Quicken connect to Credit card companies
I would like to suggest, that Quicken push out a restore the software version, prior to current verson.

Could you please elaborate and provide further details about exactly what is happening? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s)? And which financial institutions are you experiencing issues with (please include all names for each financial institution)?

Citi Bank Credit cards is the financial. These are the mesages

I'm having the same issue.

The fix below worked for me.
- Make sure your Citi accounts are deactivated (Account Details > Online Services tab > Deactivate).
- Then go to Add Account but
DO NOT
select any of the Citi buttons. Instead
, in the Search field type inCostco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi
and follow the prompts to complete the authorization process.
This setup has been successful in downloading most Citi cards, not just the Costco Visa Card, as well as Citi checking and savings accounts.
