How can I customize and income and expense report to organize the report by category grouping?

In Quicken reporting using the report "Income and Expense by Category" can I customize the report in the Organization selection under the display tab to organize the report by category groups? The option is available in budget reports, but isn't available in income and expense reports.

You can't organize the Income and Expense by Category report by Category Group, but you might try the similar report at Reports > Banking > Cash flow, which does support organizing by Category Group.
