I have not been able to use one step update for about a month. This is across several financial institutions. I am unable to download transactions. I have already tried both resetting the accounts and deactivating and reactivating the accounts. I am still unable to download transactions from several financial insitutions that I had no problem with before.

I am on Windows 10 and I have Quicken Release R59.6.

Is there an issue with Quicken as I have seen several people here post they are having trouble downloading transactions without an adequate response.

Also several times when I try to use one step update Quicken will just entirely crash and disappear from the screen.

@framk - Above your affected account registers toward the left you should be seeing something like this which shows the date/time of the last download and also shows what the download connection method is? Are you seeing this in your account registers and is the date current or old?

Also, in Account List, what does it show for the affected accounts in the Transaction Download and Last Download columns? Does it show the download connection method and the last download date like is shown in this picture or do you see "Not Available"?
