Couldn't sign in to Quicken

2-3 days ago I opened Quicken and up comes a sign-in page. When I subscribed to Quicken about 20 years ago I had an old email. Since I haven't signed in very often I didn't remember my passsword so I clicked don't remember. It was posted that they'd send confirmation to my old email. This email no longer exists. In a phone call to Quicken the person showed me the quicken website to change my email. Now from a phone call to Quicken it now looks like when I sign in it looks like I'm a new customer with an Activation button. Help today we set up another email so according to him I may be able to access my Quicken program after around a week. REALY frustrating.
