Transaction downloads not working
Using Quicken Classic Premier 7.9.1 (Build 709.54540.100), macOS15.0.1. Opened Quicken yesterday and it would not download accounts. Very flaky. I have 5 Schwab accounts and none downloaded. Then I reauthorized (Quicken sent me to Schwab site to do that) and still didn't work. Then I tried downloading one account at a time and it still asked me to reauthorize each account.
Doing that, some accounts downloaded and some didn't. The ones that did download did not display a blue bullet to show it has not been reviewed. The most important account, checking, simply refused to download even after reauthorizing. Also a brokerage account did that.
There is a blue field on top of the checking account that says "Is your Transactions tab disabled? If it is, change to Detailed Tracking in Account Settings"
I don't know where the Transactions tab is!! Very frustrating since last checking download was April so I have lots of busy work to do!

The Transactions tab and "Detailed Tracking" refer to an investment account. They don't exist in a checking account. Can you make sure your checking account is set up in Quicken Mac as Type=Checking? It sounds like it's set up as Type=Brokerage or another type of investment account.

Oh wait just noticed that checking account might have been in some kind of a search mode because it had am extra row of items up top and a button for clear filters. When I cleared filters, the downloaded transactions all showed. Still have a brokerage account that is not showing or downloading transactions though, although the other Schwab investment account did. Thanks

OK, so actually I do have an investment account that isn't downloading transactions. A different investment account from the same company IS downloading transactions. So where is the Transactions tab to let me fix "There is a blue field on top of the checking account that says "Is your
Transactions
tab disabled? If it is, change toDetailed Tracking
inAccount Settings
"0
