Tax Planner should use the edited "next instance" of a reminder

Say you have an estimated taxes reminder set for $1000 for each of the quarters, and then go in and change the "next instance" to $2,000. The Tax Planner will still be using the $1,000.

The Tax Planner should be using the updated value in each reminder.

    After looking at this again, the problem is a bit different than I thought.

    The Tax Planner actually does use the next instance value in the total amount, it just doesn't show the next instance amount in the Scheduled Transaction list in the Details section.
