Coinbase & Fundrise Unavailable

Hey,

I just made the jump from Simplifi to Quicken Classic Business & Personal. Very excited, however I have two issues that have come up, that I've since done some research on and am now imploring help from Quicken Support, Quicken Engineers, and Quicken Managers.

Coinbase - Even though Coinbase Wallet is listed on connectable accounts, it is using an unsupported, unavailable, outdated version of API that no longer works.

Quicken Support - Can you please, please, please reach out to Coinbase to work with them on getting this updated? Or even better, getting a connection going directly with the Coinbase platform, as their Coinbase Wallet is not a good product in my opinion.

Fundrise - Fundrise is not even listed on connectable accounts. Per my research, it appears it used to be listed, and maybe even still does with Quicken Mac? Regardless, this is an extremely popular platform and I beg of you to reach out to them to get a new connection going.

I'd prefer to not manually enter transactions for either of these. The unfortunate thing is that both of these platforms work with Simplifi. I will likely have to cancel/refund my Quicken Classic if there is no roadmap to getting these updated. Please let me know! Thank you kindly.

Thank you kindly @NotACPA. My apologies if this was communicated in the incorrect fashion.

Perhaps the Fundrise I'm seeing in Reddit posts and previous posts from this forum are referencing a different FI than what I'm thinking of.

One of my goals with this post is to try to link a Quicken rep with a Coinbase or Fundrise rep, even if I have to be the one to facilitate it myself, as I'm an IT Project Manager / Corporate Executive.

Thanks again, I will speak with Quicken Support directly.

@anold Per a Google search, Fundrise is at Fundrise.com …. and there's no reference to such in FIDIR.txt

I just did a search on Fundrise (via the box at the top of the forum home page). And all of the references WERE to QMac.

It's not common, but some FI's do only support QWin, or QMac, but not the other.

    ENTIRELY the FI's decision.

re: Coinbase. This is a user to user forum … not Q Support. You need to contact Support directly via the link at the top of this page.

re: Fundrise. I couldn't find, in FIDIR.TXT that records all supported connections, any reference to Fundrise … not even with a ZZZ- prefix which indicates FI's which previously supported Q but do so no longer.

re: both. Whether to support Q, or not, is SOLELY the decision of the FI. You need to bug them to sign the contract with Q/Intuit to become a "Participating Financial Institution".

And what Simplifi does, or doesn't do, has no bearing upon what Q does. Such comparison is simply irrelevant.
