Why did my Registers not update?
When I recently ran One-Step Update, new transactions were not recorded in the Registers. Update appeared to run normally, reporting 10 new transactions over 8 accounts in 3 financial institutions (Discover Bank, Key Bank, & Schwab Brokerage). After trying many other things, I finally fixed the problem by going through the disconnect/reconnect routine. Does anyone know what caused this, and how I can avoid it in the future? Thanks.

What is your download method from each of those FIs? Direct Connect? Express Web Connect? What.
Initially, did you get any error messages or codes?
Q user since February, 1990. DOS Version 4

Sorry I left that info out. The 2 banks use Express Web Connect. Schwab uses Express Web Connect+
