Credit card download issues

I am experiencing a "new one". Credit card transactions which are clearly a debit entry showing an entry in the amount column -xx.yy are actually be entered as a positive and crediting the balance!! No rhyme or reason to this. Suggestions? I have deactivated download and reestablished connectivity. No double entries or other such issues.

    Do you have the "Charge" and "Payment" columns enabled in this credit card? If "Yes", then is this charge (your "-xx.yy ") actually showing up in the "Payment" column, or in the "Charge" column?

    What color and sign are you seeing in the "Balance" column? It should be red and negative. If it's not then, somehow, the Account is telling you that you are owed money from the CC company (maybe a double payment or some other error?) and in that case the charge will actually reduce the dollar amount in the "Balance" column.
