Stock Option quotes not updating again

I have a couple of call options that are not updating in Quicken. I have the latest version of Quicken Premier. The options are marked to download in the security settings and the symbols were downloaded from the broker when sold. Have tried everything and nothing works. They did update on the date of sale, but nothing since.

This seems to be an ongoing issue. What is the fix?

    I'm having the same issue. Incredible,almost makes Quicken useless if portfolio values and net worth daily is wrong.

    Quicken has multiple sources for security prices, including its quote feed and the brokerage where you hold the securities, if it is set up for transaction downloading.

    The quote feed comes from a third party and uses ticker symbols to look up the prices. Apparently this is not working for stock options and Quicken does not appear to be in any rush to fix it.

    Brokerage price downloads should work, however. If you go to the Security Detail view for the option and click on Edit details, is the Matched to online security box checked? If so, then doing a One-step update with the brokerage selected or downloading transactions from the brokerage should update the prices. I think for some brokerages the prices are only updated if there are one or more new transactions to download.

    If this does not work for you, please let us know the brokerage and the option symbol and wen may be able to give other ideas.

    The Matched to online security is checked on the edit details screen. Still no updates from Schwab. I will verify another option in the next few days for a new call option sale and follow up.
