I have a few accounts at a credit union. All accounts direct connect fine except one and this error comes up when I try to 'reactivate' it. I can 'reactivate' the others fine. Credit union no help. Thoughts?

Which FI (I can't quite tell from your graphic)? And what type of account doesn't connect? It's the FI, not Q, that decides which account types are eligible for download … and they don't always offer all account types.

It is General Electric Credit Union - WCDC and my problem account is a checking account that has always connected in the past, until recently. My other account is a savings account and connects fine..

This sounds like a glitch at GECU. Have you tried again, as suggested in the Error message? Have you contacted Q Support, via the link at the top of this page?
