How do you add Zillow when you already have the asset in Quicken (linked to a loan)? Really don't want to start over. Instructions only talk about adding Zillow for a new asset

@Frank DeMello I don't know how it works in Quicken Windows. On the Mac, as long as the account type for the house is "Asset - Real Estate" you can open Account Settings and there should be a Downloads tab with the Zillow option. If you're using a different type of account for the house you should be able to change the account type from the Details tab (as long as it's not some kind of investment account).

    Hello @Frank DeMello,

If you have the asset already added in your Quicken as a house, then you should see an option to set up the Zillow connection.

Please note that you should see this in the asset account, not in the mortgage/loan account.

If you are not seeing this option, then please click the gear icon near the upper right and select Edit account details. That will bring up the account details screen so that you can verify the account is the correct account type. The sample screenshot below shows an asset account for a house that is linked to a mortgage account.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello @Frank DeMello,

I haven't heard back from you in a while. Did you still require assistance?

    Thank you!

Note that Quicken Windows isn't as "willy nilly" with account types as Quicken Mac is. It isn't possible to change an "asset" account type to "house". The only way to do this would be to create a new account with the House account type and then move the transactions from the old account to the new one.
