How to clean up Quicken account.

I have had Quicken Home and Business since 2017. My accounts have become a mess with old payees, account categories, etc. Is there someplace or someone that can help clean up my files?

First, I would close obsolete accounts and then hide them. Never delete an account. You can move transactions from one category to another then delete the now empty category. In Settings > Data Entry and Quickfill > Quickfill and Memorized Payees, tick and set the time frame to delete unused payees.

Similarly to @RalphC's recommendation, which I endorse, you can go into your category list (CTRL-C) and hide obsolete categories, or Merge them into other categories. DON"T DELETE a category if any transaction uses it.

Items can be safely, without unexpected consequence, be removed from the Memorized Payee list (CTRL-T) if you no longer need them.

And, I'm not aware of any service that will do this for you. Just be sure to take a backup before you start, and frequently during the clean-up, to make it easier to recover from mistakes.
