Display register instead of Simple Investing in brokerage account

I reset one of my LPL accounts, and now the register displays in the Simpli view.
How can I get back to the register for this account?

    Click on the gear at the top right of the account window and select Edit account details. Then under Tracking method, select Complete.

    If you have downloaded transactions since you made this change, you may need to edit what was downloaded and/or enter the missing transactions.

    I think I've answered my own question. "Tracking Method" isn't available.

    There has been some issue with LPL downloads over the last two weeks. It is possible that they have changed to EWC. I've attached a screenshot that tells me why I'm unable to revert to "Complete". I have reset all of my LPL accounts, and have gotten the same result with each one.

    Thanks for the update; it looks like you have found the answer and if you want Complete investing with LPL you must enter the transactions manually.

    You might check with LPL and see if they have permanently dropped support for Direct Connect or if this is a temporary change.

    Alas, they never had Direct Connect. For years, they offered only manual Download-Import a QFX file.

    A few months back, Quicken reported that there was a better method. I activated it, and it automatically performed the QFX download-import in one operation.

    This latest development would appear to indicate that they've moved to EWC. Any changes, and I'll post here.
