Need to Activate Disconnected Existing Account for Automatic Download

I was having difficulty downloading from my bank due to an issue with them. After a number of attempts, the bank's server resumed operation.
My problem is that one of the accounts (mortgage) wound up in a state where there was no option to reactivate the connection. See screen shot. However, all of the past transactions were still present.
How would I get the account reconnected?

Without you naming the lender, it's not possible for us to determine if they're still offering downloads of mortgage activity.
BUT, in general, it's ill advised to download into a mortgage account since ONLY the principal payment will download into that account …not the Interest or any Escrow component.
Rather, use Q's Loan Wizard. It's very accurate for monthly interest loans (such as almost all mortgages) and you CAN download into your checking account to reflect the payment made from that account.
Then, when you get your next mortgage statement, just compare the Prin/Int/Escrow amounts to the statement.
