Purchases missing from credit card account

Question

classic quicken running on windows.  New user.  the app picked up my Travis County Credit Union Mastercard account and some of the purchase are found, but not others (compared to the paper statement).  any idea what I am doing wrong?

I'm going to have to wait to research this further. I had to get the card replace and the account is locked until a new card arrives.

How far back are those txn?  The download process only goes back so far … as determined by the Financial Institution, not Q.

Also,  when you do  TOOLS, Account List, what shows as the Download method for the card?
