Tax Schedule report does not pick up interest income from all categories classifed as Schedule b

I have checked the category and confirmed that it is set as a tax schedule B interest income yet it will not show up in Tax Schedule report. Interest is from state refunds and were deposited in checking account and transaction split between refund and interest income. Interest income that is received each month for the checking account is showing up in the report using a different income category but set up with the same tax specifications, but the refund interest will not.

Shouldn't you enter the refund interest to the same income category as the regular interest?

The bug described in this discussion may apply

If a split transaction includes a mixture of tax related and non tax related Categories, the first line in the split must be a tax related Category. Otherwise the tax related items in the transaction are not picked up by the Tax Schedule report.

The order of the split transaction was the issue. Seems pretty quirky.

@Dennis Nelson what was the order that worked and the order that didn't work?

It would be good to know if this is the same issue we saw earlier or something different.

This issue appears to be resolved in QWin R59.35.

    Thanks, Quicken!
