Lifetime Planner: Be able to set year or age for Reduce the Social Security benefit amount to start

If set Reduce the estimate benefit amount to yes then it starts right now. Would like to see if plan still works if SS is reduced when it is expected to be possibly be reduced not from the start of the plan.
