Tab Bar is now missing on one of my files

Using Quicken Classic for Windows 10
I have two data files.
All of a sudden when I open one of the files my Tab Bar is missing (Home, Spending, Planning, Investings ,etc.) Under "View" the "Tabs to Show" option has all the tabs checked but the tabs no longer show at the top of screen. They were there yesterday. OK I probably hit a button to remove the bar but I can't find an option to get the bar back.
If I open my other Quicken file the tabs are there. No problem.
I compared all the choices under Edit, View, Tools, and Setup Preferences on the two files and they seem to be ALL the same.
Any idea to what has happened

At the top right of Quicken, there should be a V or an upside down V. I am guessing that what you will see is a V which will hide the tabs. Click on that V to make it be an upside down V which should then show the tabs again.
Did that resolve the issue for you?
