Include month-end prices in all historical price updates

Currently when updating historical prices, Quicken downloads daily prices for the past 30 days, weekly Friday prices for the previous 11 months, and if requested, month-end prices for up to 4 years before that.

This means that for the previous 2 to 12 months, month-end prices are not downloaded unless the month happens to end on a Friday. Thus if users do not update prices at least every 30 days, their Price history may be missing some recent month-end prices.

If the month-end prices are missing, the holding and portfolio values in Quicken will use outdated prices and thus will not be the same as shown on users' monthly statements, and monthly, quarterly, and annual performance calculations may be incorrect.

Please change the historical price updates so that month-end prices are always included.
