Is there a way to see a list of the loans created in Quicken using the Loan wizard? I would like to see satisfied and current loans.
@mshiggins The Property & Debt tab Debt view gives a nice summary of loans taken and the Property View shows loans given .
I don't know how to select Loans Only view. Does that option appear for only active loans?
I was able to see the loans history by using Custom, selecting all Account and all dates.
Good suggestion. Thank you!
Once the Loan Wizard has done it's thing, there's no way to report on which loans utilized it.
BUT, you can do a "Net Worth and Balances" report, selecting all open or satisfied loan accounts, and get pretty close to what you're asking.
The Property & Debt tab’s Debt view with Loans Only selected gives a nice summary of loans including interest rate, payments remaining, principal paid, interest paid, and current balance. There is also a custom Home tab snapshot Loan Summary which provides similar info.
In the box where you selected Custom, I have a Loans Only option as one of the choices.
@mshiggins I don't have that option in the dropdown. So I suspect it is for only active loans?
All my loans are fully paid (remaining balance is zero), but are still shown with the Loans Only option.
Are your loan accounts hidden or closed in Quicken? Any unusual settings for Account Intent? Do you have any tabs unselected in the View | Tabs to Show?
@mshiggins Good catch. That was it. I had the loans hidden and separate. When I brought some out of hiding, the Loans Only view appear. Too bad, Loans Only shows only loans taken and not loans given.
Thanks
