Will Quicken add access for Navient to Mohela transferees?
Hi,
Many people who had student loans serviced by Navient were transferred over to Mohela last month. However, Mohela gave us transferees a different URL to log into than the other legacy Mohela customers (See screenshot). For us Navient-to-Mohela transferees, we need Quicken to add this connection to the available Mohela connections in Quicken. Using the legacy connection options that Quicken has now does not work for Navient-to-Mohela transferees. Is this something we can expect any time soon?

This is a known issue that has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution. Though we do not currently have an ETA, once a solution is created it will be made available as part of a future release.

There are several Mohela financial institutions already in Add Account to select from. Have you tried connecting to any of them?
The FIDIR List shows that most of these financial institutions support downloads for Banking (checking/savings) accounts but at least one supports downloading of Credit and it includes the same download URL that is shown in the picture you posted so I think that is the one I would start with.:

BTW, if you are able to connect with this MOHELA - Loan financial institution, it is likely that you will want or need to set it up as a new account in Quicken. There is the possibility that maybe it could be linked to your current load account but you would first need to deactivate that account and try to link the new download to it to see if it works. So, be sure to back up your data file before trying to set up with any of the Mohela options.

Is there an ETA on when this will be fixed? It has been an ongoing issue for several weeks now

Unfortunately, our teams do not give ETAs. When I check on the ticket, I can see that the 102/502 issue has been marked resolved. The other connection issues customers have reported in this discussion are still in work (CTP-11559). That's all the information available at this time.
