Online Services tab not coming up
I set up 2 College Advantage 529 accounts recently and was able to get into online services for both. I have 5 old ones (2022) on which there is no Online services tab. How do I activate them for online services?

Are all 7 with the same Financial Institution? Which, as shown in the Financial Institution column when you do TOOLS, Account List?
If that column isn't showing, it can be added via the Options button at the bottom of the Account List dialog.

All seven are in Ohio's College Advantage Direct 529 Plan. The two newest have Online Svs tab. When I run the setup for online svs, it goes out, finds the connection, asks for a code input sent via email, after entering code, it comes back with CC-501 error saying it's not College Advantage's fault, try again later.
But older accounts don't even have the tab. All individual accounts are listed in Accounts list.
