Fidelity Accounts and Downloading Issues

Greetings All - I recently updated my connection type from Fidelity Investments Mac to Fidelity - Investments & Retirement Accounts with the hope that it would fix the discrepancy issues with one of my accounts. I have a brokerage, IRA and 401k with Fidelity. They had all worked previously but the brokerage balances never line up. Now they really don't! The cash has doubled throwing off the correct amount. I have tried deleting and re adding, and I have also tried disconnecting and connecting again. I now see from the Community this seems to be a wider issue.

Any solves? What is the correct connection for these? Can't I use one connection for all 3?

Worked for a while way back when, but now, ugh!

Is the account with the doubled balance a Fidelity NetBenefits 401(k) account? Is the account in Simple mode, where you see a dashboard with 4 large rectangles rather than the list of transactions? If so, please post back for instructions on how to work around that issue.

Hi, no the 401k Net Benefits account loads correctly as does my Traditional IRA account. It's the Brokerage account: when I bring in the transactions it is reflecting two of my stocks correctly, but I then have a balance in money market and it duplicates that, showing it both as the money market as well as cash, which then doubles the amounts in the balance. It should just show it one version, not two.

Heidi, were you able to get the issue resolved ? I have the exact same problem with all my Fidelity accounts.
