Starting this morning 11/22/2024, I have been getting CC-502 when I try to update my Fifth Third Bank accounts. I hope it is only temporary.

Same here. CC-502 on Fifth Third for 2nd day in a row.
I have CC-502 on Fifth Third this morning. I haven't tried to update in a couple of days so this is the first time for me.

Same here. Three days in a row.
Add me to the list.
I deactivated the Fifth Third accounts and then reactivated them. Problem resolved. The accounts updated successfully.

Resolved on a MacBook Pro running Sonoma. Same issue, but without specific error message #. Prior connection was via Quicken Connect. 1) Under settings, Disconnect Account. 2) Under settings, Connect Account, and utilize "Direct Connect". Worked like a champ.
11/24/2024 - I had the same connection problem when updating from Fifth Third Bank. Three days running. So I disconnected and tried to reconnect hoping it would fix the problem. It did not. When attempting to reconnect, got Care Code (error message) FDP-102.
11/24/24- I have been having this same problem for the past three days. Deactivating and attempting to re-active the online update does not work for Windows. It tells me the fifth third website is down, however I can log in directly onto the website without issue. Very frustrating.
There is now an alert regarding CC-502 errors with Fifth Third Bank. You may follow this link to access that alert which I suggest bookmarking for all further updates.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.
I had success (yippee!) this AM adding the Fifth Third account to my QW file. It linked to my existing account successfully, and OSU works fine. Thanks much Quicken Team.
Hello @cowguy,
