Is Anyone else having problems downloading transactions from Franklin Templeton?
Sometime in the last few weeks it looks like Franklin Templeton made a change to how you access different accounts like 529s, etc.. since then I have not been able to download anything to Quicken from them. Is anyone else seeing this?
I opened a ticket last week but that didn't seem to translate to an ongoing issue so wondering if it's just me.

What sort of problems? Any error codes or messages? What were the changes they made?

The accounts don't update. No visible error codes displayed. The key change they made was moving to a new platform and changing the URL to access the information
