Quicken Account Connection is a Disappointing Disaster

I was so excited to hop back on Quicken after years away. I started using Quicken way back in college. I even had my parents lined up to start using it.

But account connection to my investment, checking and credit card accounts is a frustrating and time sucking disaster. And I'm furious that I subscribed.

And the feedback from Quicken support team members about "changing" protocols with many accounts is the reason. It's not. How do I know?

Because my Empower and Rocket Money apps are connected to the exact same accounts and haven't had a SINGLE connection issue in months. I.e. EVER. You just sign in and they've already updated in the background.

Meanwhile, every single time I sign into Quicken MOST of my accounts have errors. And all the "fixing" I do EVERY time solves NOTHING.

Figure it out, guys. I'm unsubscribing.

What financial institutions, as shown at TOOLS, Accounts List are you having problems with? What's your connection method, also shown there, to them.

What specific problems? What error messages or codes?

What Q Product, and what Release of that product, are you running? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.

SO FAR, all that you've done is complain. You haven't provided anywhere NEAR enough info that anyone can even TRY to diagnose your issue(s).

AND, we're other users, not Q employees (except for the Mods who's userIDs begin with "Quicken … ", so we're indifferent as to whether you unsubscribe or not. Threats will get you nowhere.
