Quicken's Investment Portfolio Report

Just wanted to post a follow-up to my previous Discussion regarding the significant problems that existed with the Investment Portfolio Report. That Discussion was opened 12/20/203 but closed without a solution. At the time, the report would always list hundreds of securities which were actually closed at the time.

Well, Quicken personnel must have recently worked on the issue because the problem has been significantly, but not completely resolved. Today's report only lists 1 security that is closed (closed a long time ago, on 09/24/2014), with $ 0 shown for the Cost Basis, Gain/Loss and Balance. See the file attachment.

Still hoping Quicken personnel find a way to completely resolve the issue. I think the problem is pretty strange since Quicken's software seems to accurately acknowledge the security is closed.

    While I'm glad to hear it's been mostly fixed, I'll report the remaining portion of the issue to our teams for further investigation and resolution. To assist with the investigation, please navigate to Help > Report a problem and submit a problem report with log files attached and (if you are willing) a sanitized copy of your data file in order to contribute to the investigation.

    Hello @jaxgab,

    To help with the investigation, our teams are requesting that you please provide a screenshot of the security detail window for the problem security, and also, please send a Security Report for that problem security as well.

    You can send us that information by attaching it to a problem report (Help>Report a Problem). Since problem reports limit you to 10 attachments, you may need to unselect some of the pre-selected logs.
