Renewal not working on Classic Windows version
Bought 1 yr subscription code from Newegg. Accepts 16 digit code but gets hung up asking for address and city but there are no lines to enter that info.

Hello @ricksvt52,
If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described seeing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.
Thanks!

RESOLVED.
I called support and the rep walked me thru the renewal process. She had to send me a link to a new screen with the address and city blocks. After inputting the activation code I had to log out / in to the Quicken file to confirm the added year to my subscription.
Bottom line - don't use the "Help / Manage Subscription" tab embedded in the file to enter the new activation code. The current Quicken program does not send you to the correct activation code link. Need to call support and let them send you the right link.
