How do I get a report of Transfer Payments during the month?

Do you want a report that includes all transfers, or just the ones in and out of a specific set of accounts?

You could try the report at Reports > Banking > Cash Flow. Click on the gear at the top right to customize. On the Advanced tab, next to Transfers, select Include all if you want to see all the transfers, or Exclude internal if you want to see those coming and going from a selected set of accounts.

On the Categories tab, click on Clear all then scroll to the bottom of the list and select the account names. This will just include the transfers in the report.

Note that this report does not include investing accounts by default. Select them on the Accounts tab if you want to include them.

I only want to see transfer payments. This seems to include everything and the transfer payments

Did you hit Clear All on the Category tab then select just the accounts for transfers at the bottom of the list? That works for me.
