Users are reporting that when they try to download a Web Connect file, it downloads in QuickBooks format (QBO) instead of Quicken's format (QFX) for Synchrony Bank Credit Cards.
Since the issue is on the financial institution's end, we advise that reach out to the financial institution to escalate this on their end.
