Ongoing CC-501 error with Harborstone Credit Union
For over a month, I have not been able to download transactions from Harborstone Credit Union due to a CC-501 error. I have reported this on multiple occasions. The latest update (today) did nothing to fix the problem. When I use one-step update, Quicken looks like it is accessing, downloading and processing transactions, but then in the summary, no transactions listed. When I try to update only Harborstone, I get a CC-501 error. When will this be resolved?

Have you seen this? Particularly the statement "on the bank's end". SO, we can't tell you when your bank will fix this.

The issue is with Quicken. The specific error says: "Do not contact Harborstone Credit Union for assistance. They cannot fix this problem." It then says to try again in a few hours. It's said the same thing (daily) for over a month.
How can this issue be resolved?
