Why are Lots missing in Account Overview> Holdings > Value

My Schwab account has Lot data going back to 2010. When I display Holdings the early lots are merged to one dated 4/6/2015 with an average price. Any thoughts why all the lots are not displayed?

When did you start tracking this account in Quicken?

My first entry in the account is 12/31/2010 It used to be a TD Ameritrade account. It was converted to a Schwab account last year.

If it had been later, it could have been a finalized placeholder combining earlier transactions that were no longer available at that point in time for downloading.

How did you handle the brokerage conversion with Quicken? One account with the FI name changed, or two accounts, one for each brokerage?

If the second, how were the shares transferred? You used Shares Transferred or you relied on download from Schwab?

Were the shares ever subject to a mutual fund class conversion or similar corporate action?

So how was the name change executed?

I honestly don't remember. I appreciate your help but I figure I'll just live with the incorrect cost basis.

Just to close this from my side, a possible culprit I was seeing was that during some corporate event (possibly the name change) the brokerage sent a one-lot transaction rather than multiple-lot transactions.

I’ve never known Quicken to make such a consolidation.
