How do I keep the Bill and Income Reminders window open continuously under the checking register?

Question

Each time I pull/use a bill from the Bill and Reminders window it closes. This forces me to click on the ">" to reopen it. I did not have this issue using Quicken 2009. I'm using Quicken Classic Business and Personal for Windows, a one year subscription, that I purchased a week ago. It made its latest update a this evening.
