Will CIBC Ever Be Added To Quick Connect
I'm having a hard time understanding why Quicken Simplifi is able to connect to nearly every Canadian institution but on Quicken Classic, we are stuck and left with Quicken Connect which does not play nice with most Canadian institutions.
Are there any plans to upgrade the way in which Quicken Classic connects with institutions to download recent transaction data?

It's solely the decision of the FI as to whether they connect with Q, and what manner of connection they support.
SO, you need to ask CIBC that question.

what is required for banks to support Quicken Connect? Wish I had a direct contact at CIBC who oversees these things to provide direct feedback. I fear that any feedback I give will just fall into one of their general customer feedback inboxes and will never get into the right hands.
